Mark Davis is an Accredited Building Designer who focuses solely on Sustainable Design and Building.  His experience started about 20 years ago when he began building his own sustainable home.  Subsequent study and exploration led to his career sharing this passion with others.

Mark has received a number of awards and commendations for his work.  He is the Director of Technical Development for the Building Designers Association of Australia and has taught Building Design.  His homes have been open to the public for a number of Sustainable House initiatives, to showcase the philosophies.

After considerable research Mark became a Certified Passive House Designer in early 2019.  He now applies this approach to all his projects, as it is the most rigorous and effective tool for designing and building comfortable, healthy and sustainable homes.

Mark Davis Design’ business model is to provide a high level of service to clients and to work closely with builders from as early in the design process as possible, providing an integrated approach utilising everyone’s experience to achieve a high quality, cost effective and comfortable home than will last the ages.
